Our payment policy is designed to ensure a smooth working relationship with our clients. We have a three-stage payment process:

  • Payment 1: This payment is due prior to the commencement of work. It confirms your commitment and enables us to allocate resources and time to your project.

  • Payment 2: This payment is due upon completion of the development phase. It allows us to continue providing our services and move towards the final stages of your project.

  • Payment 3: The final payment is due once the course files are sent and implementation is complete. This concludes our financial relationship unless further services are requested.

PAYMENT POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that circumstances can change and you may need to cancel the project:

  • If you cancel the project after Payment 1 but before we start the development phase, we will refund 50% of Payment 1. This covers the initial resources and time spent on the project.

  • If you cancel the project after the development phase has started but before it's completed, Payment 2 is non-refundable due to the resources and time spent on the project.

  • If the project is canceled after the completion of the development phase, no refunds will be provided.

  • We only collect personal information necessary for us to provide our services. This may include your name, email address, and company details.

  • We do not share your personal information with any third parties unless required by law or necessary for providing our services.

  • We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

  • We only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
